Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A+' counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc. (BCBSFL). Blue Cross of Florida has a very stable outlook. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A-' rating on BCBSF's $150 million in surplus notes due in 2011.
